You connect your own API key, and your provider bills you at cost for what you actually use. For typical daily writing that comes to about $1 to $3 a month, often less. None of it goes to us.
A Mac version is coming later. It has not been started and there is no date, so rather than promise one: leave your email and we will tell you when it actually exists. That is the only thing it will be used for.
